Respiratory Director Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based respiratory therapy programs
  • Train and develop a team of respiratory therapists to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the nursing department to provide personalized respiratory therapies tailored to resident needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory therapy interventions and make data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as respiratory therapy or healthcare administration
  • Current, valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the state of Illinois
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • At least 3 years of experience in a respiratory role in skilled nursing
  • Respiratory director experience is preferred

Compensation

42-45 Hourly Wage
