Position Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for steering the marketing department by crafting strategies that align with our corporate goals on a divisional level. This role involves coordinating market research efforts to identify effective media and direct marketing campaigns aimed at targeted demographic segments, thereby enhancing unit absorption rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong collaborations with various departments and corporate marketing teams to establish precise product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.
  • Plan and execute:
    • Targeted Campaigns leading up to community launches, in conjunction with corporate marketing and sales leadership.
    • Ensure significant milestones are communicated across Social Media platforms, both organically and through paid promotions.
    • Collaborate with the Public Relations Team to ensure all milestones are effectively publicized across various media channels.
    • Manage marketing tasks and projects using Project Management Tools.
    • Coordinate with vendors for updates on Floor Plans & Renderings.
    • Oversee Sales Center openings and work closely with sales leadership on marketing displays and model home presentations.
    • Develop and implement community signage strategies in collaboration with local authorities.
    • Organize Community Events such as grand openings and special gatherings.
  • Manage the Marketing Budget, ensuring all expenditures align with financial constraints and are processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with additional projects as needed and perform other related duties.
  • Propose marketing strategies for communities, focusing on presentations and features.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
  • Work with the corporate marketing team to develop promotional materials across various channels.
  • Evaluate product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize market share.
  • Monitor competitive marketing activities in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
  • Conduct surveys on product concepts to inform future development.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports for executive review.
  • Ensure a consistent corporate image across all marketing materials and events.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of four years of related experience, is preferred. Experience in marketing within the homebuilding sector is essential.
