Senior Contract Close Out Specialist and Financial Analyst

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a leading Federal Government Contractor, seeks a seasoned professional to oversee contract close-out processes and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and validate obligations at S&T, ensuring accurate certification letters.
  • Perform quarterly Obligation Analysis, update S&T's V&V master file, and provide ad hoc reports.
  • Close out contracts, including Cost, Time and Material, Labor Hour, Fixed Priced contracts, and Intra/Inter Agency Agreements.
  • Support day-to-day activities related to Procurement Requisitions and report production.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 10 years of experience in government verification and validation and close-out processes.
  • Remote position with occasional travel to Washington, DC.
