Veterans Inc. IT Technician Position

The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the computer systems, desktops, peripherals, and cell phones at Veterans Inc. This position requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks such as software installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
- Assist with setting up workstations, providing orientation and guidance to users on new software and equipment.
- Provide Tier I/Tier II support for all desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other computing equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of IT support experience in a Windows/Active Directory environment with 50+ users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with users.
- Relevant certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician) a plus.
