We're on a mission to make the world a safer, better place. As a Senior Analyst, General Ledger, you'll play a critical role in our global consolidation and financial reporting process.

Your Impact

You'll be responsible for executing the month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and reviewing vendor agreements for accounting assessment. You'll also develop and execute monthly analytics to compare budget vs actual, ensuring complete and accurate results are delivered on time for reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

What You'll Do
  1. Execute the month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and reviewing vendor agreements for accounting assessment.
  2. Develop and execute monthly analytics to compare budget vs actual, ensuring complete and accurate results are delivered on time for reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
  3. Support the global consolidation and reporting processes, including accounting for the impact of foreign exchange rates and elimination of intercompany balances.
  4. Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, from negotiating terms to ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
  5. Track and report open purchase orders monthly, ensuring all period-end expenses are appropriately accrued.
  6. Manage the customer billing process, including preparing, reviewing, and distributing invoices, and ensuring timely and effective cash collections.
  7. Support internal and external auditor requests.
  8. Help lead the implementation of best practices on the general ledger team to simplify, standardize, and scale our business.
  9. Support M&A integration and ERP implementation.
  10. Prepare ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested to support accelerated growth.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-4+ years of overall accounting experience within a fast-paced high-growth environment, preferably in public or large pre-IPO companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in SOX control documentation/execution.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data.
  • Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking capability.
  • Process re-engineering involvement and/or process efficiency focus.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvement.
  • Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.
