Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assume responsibility for administrative duties for the Special Events department and other tasks assigned by management.
  • Work closely with conventions service managers and entertainment production managers to solve labor and logistical issues.
  • Execute daily trucking and crew lists for security checkpoints.
  • Maintain vendor badges and coordinate renewals through Vendor Badging protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
  • Ensure officers maintain Wynn Resort Core Values and Behaviors and Forbes Five-star standards of service.
  • Maintain knowledge of Wynn and Encore facilities, outlets, and services.
  • Communicate effectively with upline management and staff.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Valid Nevada Gaming License, CPR, and Alcohol Awareness certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
