Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, emotional, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish treatment goals and develop personalized plans to achieve those goals.
  • Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment, and sensory integration techniques, to help clients improve their functional abilities.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience: Clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse conditions and disabilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
