Job Summary:

The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring accurate and safe treatment delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment. You will work closely with our radiation oncology team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients according to written prescriptions and treatment plans.
  • Ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery, including patient positioning, treatment setup, and radiation delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
  • Certified as a Registered Radiation Therapy Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Current CPR/BLS certifications.
  • Fluency in the English language and excellent oral and written communication skills.
