Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Answer calls promptly, aiming for less than 3 rings and minimal wait time.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Generate work orders as needed.
This role may not be suitable for you if:
  • You struggle with punctuality.
  • You prefer a passive role without interaction.
  • You find it difficult to engage positively with others.
Essential Skills for the Customer Support Specialist:
  • Eager to learn new software tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Professional phone demeanor and etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain energy and composure while handling a high volume of calls.
  • Strong listening skills to identify and address customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within a call center is preferred, but we are willing to train.
  • All candidates must successfully complete a background check.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Compensation:

With relevant phone experience, earnings can reach up to $22 per hour.
