We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Ascension. As a PICU nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated care.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
