Job Overview

Compensation

Job Responsibilities

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing individualized behavior plans to support students with autism and related disabilities within the school setting.
  • Providing personalized assistance and support to students in classrooms to promote engagement and success.
  • Collecting and documenting data on student progress and behavior to inform intervention strategies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
  • A willingness to complete background checks as necessary.
