About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients, using your expertise and creativity to deliver personalized results.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair cutting and styling trends, techniques, and products to ensure you are always delivering the best possible results.
  • Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and productivity targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
