Montessori Educator

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced substitute teacher to support our mixed-age Montessori classrooms. As a substitute teacher at Guidepost Montessori, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and guiding children towards independence.

Your Role

This is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation. You will have the opportunity to work with various age groups and support the day-to-day operations of our classrooms.

Minimum Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR training
• High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with children
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Valid state background check
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Preferred if you have early childhood college credits
