Key Responsibilities
  • Produce quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Follow written work instructions and maintain a safe work environment
  • Properly use required PPE and participate in LEAN Events and Six S activities
  • Support and communicate the mission, values, and culture of the organization
  • Perform entry-level assembly functions, including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, and printed circuit board sub-assemblies
  • Perform simple assemblies and hardware installation, with a basic understanding of build documentation
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • U.S. Citizenship required
