Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments of potential residents and implement service agreements upon move-in.
- Monitor and maintain each resident's medical record, ensuring timely completion of assessments and documentation of care plans.
- Ensure all physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours.
- Maintain and monitor medication administration programs, supervising medication practices and medical equipment usage.
- Provide health and medication training to new employees and document training to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Senior care experience.
- Proven leadership abilities.
