You will also supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and maintain the highest degree of quality care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients and residents
  • Supervise nursing assistants and maintain quality care standards
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Current/Active CPR Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
