As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Manage product returns and exchanges
• Review inventory levels and backordered items to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer success reports and data
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
