Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients in the emergency department, utilizing your expertise in emergency medicine to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in emergency medicine, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Emergency Medicine residency training program.
- Board eligible/certified with the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM).
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure.
- Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification in the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
- Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and maintain legal status according to the requirements of VISA category while in the United States.
