Dialysis Technician Lead

**Job Description:**
* Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients under the supervision of a RN
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Measure and record stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
* Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment
* Educate patients on kidney disease
* Work with technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership to build long-term relationships with ESRD patients
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited high school or GED program
* Comfortable working around blood and needles
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
