About this Job

As a Home Health RN with Trustaff, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your daily tasks will include taking vitals, drawing labs, performing wound care or dressing changes, assisting with ADLs, and monitoring the patient's condition. You'll then report on their current plan of care, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years recent experience in Home Health or a related field
  • Active RN license in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic and adaptable spirit with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
