Job Summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our integrated team. As a Family Practice Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our diverse patient population.

About the Role
  • Provide patient-centered preventative care, diagnoses, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Identify the need for referrals and provide overall care coordination in a team-based setting.
  • Work with individuals of varying ethnicities, socio-economic levels, culture, and sexual orientation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Clinical Work:
    • Provide patient-centered care, diagnoses, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
    • Identify the need for referrals and provide overall care coordination in a team-based setting.
    • Work with individuals of varying ethnicities, socio-economic levels, culture, and sexual orientation.
  • Indirect Clinical Work:
    • Assure accurate and timely completion of all clinical records.
    • Complete necessary paperwork for patient care, such as prior authorizations and communications with outside specialists.
    • Provide feedback to appropriate teams and/or individuals when necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy.
  • Completion of Residency (for MD/DO).
  • Licensed as a Physician in the State of Washington.
  • Board Certified.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • DEA License issued in the State of Washington.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nexplanon Contraceptive Implant Certification.
  • 2 years of clinical practice experience in community health, FHQC, family practice.
  • Bilingual skills.
  • Experience prescribing buprenorphine or other treatments for opioid use disorders.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is a Minimum $86.71/hour up to $120.29/hour Maximum. Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
