Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Answer questions about products, services, and policies, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and checkout areas.
