MB2 Dental is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code all incoming correspondence and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Medicaid team to ensure seamless processing of Medicaid claims.
- Generate daily reports to verify the accuracy of billing data.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the billing function.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
