Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. As a dedicated and compassionate professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Document findings accurately and timely, adhering to all guidelines.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.

Pay Range

USD $38.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
