As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of activities programs, collaborating closely with residents and their families. You will also be responsible for assessing and planning individualized care plans, utilizing your strong leadership and communication skills to deliver exceptional care.

• Design and execute engaging activities programs tailored to resident needs
• Develop personalized care plans through thorough assessments
• Promote collaboration between interdisciplinary teams for cohesive care
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field
• Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or equivalent experience

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year
