In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, using your expertise to drive innovation and improvement in patient care. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals 18 years and older, reviewing patients' medical histories, collecting and prioritizing data, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Direct patient care to individuals 18 years and older
  • Review patients' medical histories and collect relevant data
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver exceptional care
  • Doctoral degree in medicine from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program in internal medicine
  • Licensure to practice medicine in Minnesota
  • Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine
  • Basic Life Support certification

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $265,000 to $330,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, paid caregiver leave, and tuition reimbursement or continuing education support.
