We are seeking an exceptional General Surgeon to join our team at Olesky Associates in Massachusetts. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a 1:5 call rotation.

About the Role

This role involves working as a General Surgeon, specializing in Acute Care and Trauma Surgery (Level 3). You will be part of a collaborative practice, rotating calls with other experienced surgeons. The schedule includes clinic days (1.5-2 days) and OR time (1.5 days per week), along with 4 hours of remote admin time per week.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, performing surgical procedures and providing medical expertise.
  • Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, including emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in General Surgery, with experience in Acute Care and Trauma Surgery.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and patient care.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Strong administrative skills, managing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
