POSITION SUMMARY:
A prominent healthcare facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of their innovative team.
This role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with daily patient rounds Monday through Friday. The facility features an on-site outpatient clinic and a dedicated 20-bed unit for child and adolescent inpatient care. You will collaborate with a team of three adult psychiatrists, one geriatric psychiatrist, and one fellow child psychiatrist. Call responsibilities are shared among the team, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support. There are also opportunities available for teaching residents, enhancing the educational environment.FACILITY OVERVIEW:
Initially established as a 154-bed institution, this facility has significantly expanded, now employing over 2,700 staff members and 300 physicians.
It provides a complete array of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services, including the only open-heart surgery program in the region.
