Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
