Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team at Empro Staffing. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with patient mobility and transfers, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and caring atmosphere
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments, following established protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Valid state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely, with or without assistance
  • Experience in a nursing home, clinic, or medical office setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Phlebotomy skills are a plus
