We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting our products and services to drive sales and loyalty.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests and meet their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure excellent guest service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
