Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Equity Loan Specialist to join our team at FORUM Credit Union. As a key member of our lending department, you will be responsible for managing and processing Home Equity loans and lines, ensuring our members have an outstanding loan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master second mortgage products and manage Home Equity loans from processing to funding.
  • Communicate effectively with members and teammates, ensuring a seamless loan experience.
  • Collect and verify necessary documents, updating application information accurately.
  • Coordinate closing processes and disbursement of loan funds.
  • Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Operations Team to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A high school education or GED.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience (consumer or mortgage lending experience preferred).
