Zane State College is seeking a highly qualified Business Management Instructor to join our faculty team. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning: Provide high-quality instruction and create engaging learning experiences for students in the Business Management Program.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and revise curriculum to ensure it aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Student Support: Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, provide timely feedback, and support students in their academic and professional growth.
- Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development, collaborate with colleagues, and explore innovative teaching and learning practices.
- Education: Possession of an MBA or a master's degree in a business discipline is preferred. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field will be considered.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time related work experience in the field is required. Prior teaching experience, preferably in a two-year college setting, is preferred.
