Cake Decorator Specialist

Weis Markets is seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and other bakery products that meet customer demands.

• Ensure the bakery department is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making suggestions to customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone or in person, determining their needs and preferences.
• Decorate cakes and other bakery products using various techniques and materials.
• Assist in filling and merchandising the bakery sales area, following rotation and markdown policies.
• May assist with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries, as well as baling cardboard and other related duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth department operations.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1-2 years' experience in decorating.
