Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide medication therapy management and optimize patient care.
- Conduct medication use evaluations and develop formulary recommendations to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on medication-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Pharmacist license issued by the state in which you practice.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmacy practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
