Job Description: As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician with MRG Exams, you will play a critical role in evaluating the medical needs of U.S. veterans. Your expertise and clinical judgment will inform the development of Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), which will help the VA determine eligibility for disability compensation. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with veterans, review medical records, and conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure accurate and fair disability determinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret medical records to identify relevant information for DBQs
  • Conduct in-person and telemedicine assessments of veterans to gather detailed medical history and current health status
  • Develop and complete DBQs using VA-approved templates and guidelines
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for veterans

Requirements:

  • Board certification in Neurological Surgery, PM&R, or Psychiatry and Neurology is preferred
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Dedication to serving veterans and promoting their overall well-being
  • Active MD or DO license with a specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
