Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery Management: Oversee and conduct all facets of the discovery process, including drafting and responding to requests, as well as managing depositions.
  • Legal Motions: Prepare, file, and present motions in court, addressing various pre-trial motions and procedural matters.
  • Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions, including those involving expert witnesses.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in court for hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings.
  • Trial Preparation: Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and drafting trial briefs.
