Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee job postings across applicant tracking systems and other recruitment platforms. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientations, benefits administration, and management of employee performance systems.
  • Participate in job fairs at colleges and high schools, as well as other recruitment events.
  • Conduct store visits to support HR needs across multiple locations.
  • Provide assistance with payroll processing when necessary.
  • Maintain the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and ERTK Manual.
  • Implement and manage the performance review process.
  • Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment and 401K participation.
  • Ensure compliance with Workers Compensation and conduct annual Safety Evaluations for all locations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on recruitment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment.
  • Familiarity with national employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
