Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Precision Parts Fabricator to join our team at Grimmway, one of the largest carrot and organic vegetable grower/packer/shipper in the world. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in operating ironworkers, plate shears, plate roller, press brakes, and hand tools.

This is a challenging role that requires strong math skills, fundamental understanding of geometry, and competency in utilizing instruments to measure flat pattern layouts. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of various material types and their uses, as well as the ability to read and understand blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, or alter conveyors, process equipment, structures, etc.
  • Operate ironworkers, plate shears, plate roller, press brakes, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
