Salary and Benefits
As a Peer Support Specialist - Crisis Intervention, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match. Paid time off and holidays are also included in your benefits package.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized support plans and provide guidance throughout their journey towards recovery. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing intensive support and guidance to clients experiencing a mental health crisis
* Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience working with severely mentally ill adults and the adult system of care required
* Peer Support Certification preferred
* Must be a recipient or have received services through the community behavioral health system
* Must have the ability and willingness to share their experience of receiving behavioral health services
* Valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years
* Reliable transportation required

Work Environment
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be expected to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, while also being able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
