This position will be responsible for supporting the Controller in all aspects of general ledger activity, close procedures, tax filings, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Controller in general ledger activity, close procedures, tax filings, and day-to-day operations
  • Participate in month-end close processes, procedures, and reconciliations
  • Support internal controls, audits, and SOP preparation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, including AR, month-end close, general ledger, and taxes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in the field services industry or similar preferred
  • Strong understanding of business, ERP, and CRM technology, preferably QuickBooks, Customer Factor, Smart Service, etc.
  • Experience with Excel
  • Supervisory experience and strong team player skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
