Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Operations Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize warehouse operations
  • Participate in process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including productivity and accuracy standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
