About the Role:The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the unique needs and characteristics of each patient, including cultural diversity.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, promoting a healthy work environment and ensuring a qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language, with basic computer skills.
