The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the unique needs and characteristics of each patient, including cultural diversity.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses, promoting a healthy work environment and ensuring a qualified workforce.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language, with basic computer skills.
