QuickBooks Administrator

We are seeking a skilled QuickBooks Administrator to join our team at Strategic Wealth Planning in Richardson, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks Online or Desktop and possess intermediate Excel skills. Responsibilities include maintaining QuickBooks accounts for multiple clients, preparing and distributing monthly financial statements, reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts, paying bills, communicating with clients via Outlook, and assisting with year-end reports.
