About the Role

The Business Analyst - Rotation Program is an exciting opportunity to join CarMax Auto Finance as a Business Analyst and embark on a 2-year journey of growth and development. As a Business Analyst in the Rotation Program, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy insights and shape strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field
  • 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Proficiency in computers and database systems, and/or software packages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Work Location: Associates will have the opportunity to work from our CarMax Auto Finance Office in Kennesaw, GA.
