Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and employees.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, fire alarms, and hazardous material incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conflict Resolution: Deal with conflict, confrontation, and stressful situations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security Operations: Operate security technology equipment, including CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and access control systems.
  • Investigations: Conduct investigations into employee, visitor, and patient complaints, and work cooperatively with local police departments and authorities.
  • Reporting: Complete detailed reports on incidents, thefts, and losses.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Experience: Security, Military, or Police experience preferred
  • Certification(s) and License(s): Valid Driver's License
  • Skills: Communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
