Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care processes as needed.
- Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients and reassessments as per policy.
- Assess and manage pain effectively, educating patients and families on pain management techniques.
- Utilize the triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients.
