About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Talbots. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering styling advice and product recommendations to meet their needs and preferences.

  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and service goals, participating in visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continued growth and success in the role.
