Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging every guest.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness standards in guest rooms, adhering to AURO Hotels or Brand Standards.
- Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries and writing supplies, ensuring they are always available.
- Assist colleagues and collaborate to foster a positive working atmosphere.
- Follow established safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks in public areas as requested.
- Engage in special projects or reasonable requests from management as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or similar roles is preferred.
