At Unavailable, we're seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you'll play a vital role in preparing the operating room for a variety of surgeries.

The operating room runs as a well-oiled machine, with every person on the team having an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team, taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization
  • Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting
  • Adapt to the needs of emergency situations
  • Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program
  • NBSTSA or NCCT certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with varied high-tech surgical equipment
